By accessing or using Arleeto (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Arleeto is a platform that allows creators to build scored personality quizzes, share them publicly, and monetize quiz results behind a paywall. Respondents take quizzes for free and may pay to unlock their personalized results.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service as a creator or to make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Creators earn 65% of each result unlock payment. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Creators are responsible for the content of their quizzes and must not create content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
Arleeto reserves the right to remove any quiz, suspend any creator account, or withhold payouts if these terms or our content guidelines are violated.
Creators are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings. Arleeto may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) as required by law.
You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or promote content that:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Result unlock purchases are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once the result content has been revealed.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from viewing your results after payment, please contact us for assistance. We handle disputes and chargebacks in accordance with Stripe's policies.
Creators retain ownership of their quiz content. By using the Service, creators grant Arleeto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote their quizzes on the platform and in marketing materials.
The Arleeto name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Arleeto. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Arleeto offers AI-powered quiz generation as a convenience feature. AI-generated content is provided as-is without warranty of accuracy. Creators are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any content generated through this feature before publishing. Arleeto is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Anthropic (AI generation), and Google (analytics and advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Arleeto is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Arleeto AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO Arleeto IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arleeto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you create, publish, or distribute through the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 survive termination.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, or in the courts specified below.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
