Arleeto provides digital quiz results that are delivered instantly upon payment. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the result content has been revealed to you.
By completing a purchase on Arleeto, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital good that is delivered immediately and that you forfeit your right of withdrawal upon delivery.
We understand that issues can arise. We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us can result in delays, additional fees, and potential suspension of your account. We work with Stripe to handle all payment disputes and will provide transaction evidence as needed.
If a refund is issued for a quiz result unlock, the corresponding creator payout will be adjusted accordingly. Creators will not receive earnings for refunded transactions.
